Even though we try to ship your order the same day of order because we're super excited about it, sometimes your order may take 48hrs time to process. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will get a confirmation message including your tracking information.

We generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Usually it takes 3-7 business days. Estimated Delivery time also depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped.

All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. We ping you when we ship your consignment and will provide you with a Tracking number. This is the part where you get excited and we keep our fingers crossed that you're home when they come and call before they do !

Exceptions are made all the time. Just contact us if you've forgotten your wife's birthday and we'll make it quicker, if possible.

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on karteazzy.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-O-D) payment method instead. It is available for most pincodes. With COD you can pay in cash as and when the order arrives at your destination. COD is chargeable in accordance to our shipping policy.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you loved are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is spot on, and the payment method you are using is good to go!

In order to get your beautiful new products out to you as soon as possible we can not accept cancellations more than 1 hour after your purchase. If you are within this time frame please email us at info@karteazzy.com Otherwise we are more then happy to accept a return once you have received your products.
